Bread is a global food, and crops up in many likely and unlikely situations. This podcast both demystifies bread and uses it to explore other ways of being chuffed, contented, amused… happy.

In this second episode I’ll be going through a few of the questions I was asked in my bakery shop, this time questions are answered on bread machines (Is using a bread machine cheating), and how to rescue dead starter dough.

I’ll then get you started on making a basic loaf of bread.
